returns

you can return any item to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. 

please contact the customer service at hello@curvedcases.com to request a return, please provide us with your name, email and order number. return shipping costs [to amsterdam] are paid by the customer. if there is anything wrong with the item, returning the item will be free. 

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

a refund in the value of the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.
